What is 10DLC?
10DLC stands for “10-digit long code”, which is a messaging solution introduced by wireless telecom carriers for non-commercial and commercial business texting. It’s used to send Application-to-Person (A2P) messages, such as appointment reminders, marketing messages, and customer service alerts
What happens if I don't register?
If you don't sign up your 10DLC number with your phone company, you could run into problems like failed texts, extra charges, or even getting your account shut down. This is because phone companies want to stop spam and make sure 10DLC is used correctly. Registering your 10DLC can also make your texts more likely to get through and avoid being blocked.
